Bread by Fred!

My husband, Fred, makes the best bread in the whole world!

Here are some kaiser rolls and pita bread that he made the other day.

Can you smell the bread baking? Yummy!

He makes them from using starter instead of yeast. It is so much fun to watch him bake and cook because he has so much fun doing it.

He makes a weekly batch for us and a batch for Mark and Melanie.

Bread by Fred... the best in the whole world!

Oh my gosh, can Fred come live with us? How do you stay so thin with all that bread around?

Oh, I think I can smell that fresh baking bread from here Melissa! how wonderful. Carlos likes to bake, too. I feel so lucky to have a hubby who bakes. Otherwise we would be living on potato chips and M&Ms (not that there's anything wrong with that : )
hugs and love from texas...

Mmmmm., that looks so yummy! I hate making bread--I can never get it to rise correctly--so I admire people that do it and love it!

My very first thought when I saw picture #1 was: "Hmmmm, that looks good!"; then I scrolled down further and my second thought was..."Oh, honey....looky at what I'm reading". So, now I'm going to type this as fast as I can so that I can go get my husband! He has been wanting to try bread for a while now! Bread by Fred looks extremely yummy! Hope you had a great weekend!

Yum!! I love fresh bread. Fred can make extra for the WA pugs anytime. My hubby hasn't cooked since I made fun of his spaghetti - 17 years ago!
